Nabil Fancy is a Project Manager, Department of Strategy and Planning at the Digital Research Alliance of Canada. Nabil has operated at all three levels of the Canadian government but more recently came from the Ontario Public Service working in the Ministry of Finance on many policy files focused on Ontario Taxation, Government Business Enterprise Advisory, and multiple government-stakeholder consultation initiatives. Most recently Nabil was a Policy Analyst with the Ontario Ministry of Finance: Government Business Enterprise Division assisting with one of Ontario’s largest modernization initiatives. Nabil has completed his Master of Public Administration at Queen’s University School of Policy Studies. Nabil holds designations as an AI Policy professional from the Centre of AI and Digital Policy, and an Accounting and Finance Program Certificate from The Association of Municipal Managers, Clerks and Treasurers of Ontario.
